The family of a man from the Llandaff area of Cardiff have paid tribute to a "loyal, funny and caring son, brother and boyfriend" after he died following an incident on Christmas Eve.

23-year old William Bush, who was named yesterday, was found with multiple injuries at an address on Chapel Street at around 11.30am on Sunday, 24th December.

Following an investigation into William's death, Dylan Thomas, also 23 and from Llandaff, has been charged with murder and remanded in custody.

Mr Thomas will appear at Cardiff Crown Court on Tuesday, 2nd January.

In a statement, the family of William Bush said:

"This week our beloved Will was taken away from us in such a cruel and indescribable way. Will was such a loyal, funny and caring son, brother and boyfriend. We are absolutely devastated and as a family request that our privacy is respected at this difficult time."
