Bake Off: The Professionals 2021 winner Andrew Minto will be making his way to the shipping container kitchen of TwentySix on 17 May - a recently-opened all-day venue based at The Bone Yard in Canton. Andrew, who not long ago started his own business called Minto's Patisserie, has created a bespoke menu for the occasion, which will bring fine dining and matching wines to TwentySix. Foods on the menu for the evening include Barbecued Prawn, Pork and Apple Pie.
