Cardiff's much-loved annual food & drink fete will return in July 2023, with a feast of festival favourites as well as first timers serving up delights fit for a king. Newcomers to the festival, which will take place from Friday 7th until Sunday 9th, include 'Let Them See Cake' with their range of sweet treats, 'Fat Bottom Welsh Cakes' at the Farmer's Market, whose range also includes some unique and unusual versions of the traditional bakestones, and 'Cascave Gin'. Other notable first-timers include 'Bao Selecta', 'Smokin Griddle' and 'MacDaddies Gourmet Mac and Cheese'. Also on offer across the three days will be live music from 'Siglo 6', 'Los Musicos', 'Avanc', Dionne Bennett, 'Taff Rapids Stringband', and 'Eden Roots Reggae Band'. Opening Times: Friday 7 July (12.00-22.00), Saturday 8th July (11.00 - 22.00), and Sunday 9th July (11.00 - 19.00). The festival is free to attend and no ticket is needed. Producers Fair and Farmers Market closes at 21.00 on both Friday and Saturday.
