A special community event with a festive twist has been organised for those struggling with hearing difficulties in Cardiff. Award winning Ely-based audiology specialists, Cardiff Hearing, are holding their inaugural Christmas 'Jingle and Mingle' drop in event on Monday 11th December (1.30pm - 4.30pm), providing attendees the opportunity to engage with hearing care specialists in a relaxed and informal setting. The free-of-charge event, which is being hosted at the historic Insole Court in Llandaff, will be attended by audiologists and ear care professionals from Cardiff Hearing. They will be providing ear health checks, free advice and support and servicing hearing aids in readiness for the festive season. Cardiff charity City Hospice has announced that its annual Sparkle Walk will take place this September, where friends, family and colleagues are being invited to take part. The 10km night-time walk, which will go ahead on 29 September, will go towards remembering loved ones and raising vital funds for patients with life limiting illnesses and their families. The walk's route commences within the stunning surroundings of Insole Court in Llandaff, before journeying through Llandaff and into Whitchurch, where a meaningful stop at City Hospice will be made and tea, coffee and cake can be enjoyed.  Upon leaving City Hospice, the walk will continue heading back towards Insole Court where you will be greeted with a well-deserved medal. *Price stated below based off one adult ticket
